Ninth St. Studio
This new backyard studio in Berkeley was made to maximize the buildable space allowed on the lot. The ground floor serves as a woodworking shop while the upstairs is an art studio. A 3.5kW solar array on the roof offsets all of the electrical use of both this building and the main house.
