Emeryville Remodel
On this project we did a complete remodel of a 2800 square foot artist's loft to match the unique taste of the clients. There is an assortment of design elements throughout the space. The kitchen features waterfall countertops, custom cabinetry, and modern tile backsplashes. New wide plank oak flooring was installed throughout the home. A locally fabricated metal and wood shelving unit with integrated lighting highlights the owner's art collection. High efficiency hydronic heating and heated tile floors give warmth to what was once a cold and drafty space.
